We were looking to renovate our Bathroom and poped into City Plumbing,at Whitfield Dover branch, in Kent. We eventually chose the items from the range we liked, paid and waited for the delivery. It arrived on time, unfortunately the toilet pan was incorrect and a flaw in the tall cupboard. We spoke to Aaron ( branch mng) and not only did He apologise profusely but found the correct pan and brought it straight round. We showed Aaron the flaw in the cupboard and He ordered a replacement straight away. When this arrived He brought this to us as well all in His very small car. The Guy who specialises in plumbing items within the store was likewise really helpful and between the two of them made choosing and installing the bathroom a real pleasure and very easy.
